Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and binding agreement between you and krikrya regarding your use of the platform. By accessing the krikrya website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the krikrya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, these documents govern the full relationship between krikrya and every registered player on the platform.

If you are accessing krikrya on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of krikrya.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of krikrya is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. krikrya does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of krikrya or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from krikrya or from any other gambling platform under a cross-platform exclusion agreement.

krikrya takes its age verification obligations seriously. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents accepted include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification valid in Bangladesh. krikrya reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time during a player's use of the platform.

In the event that krikrya determines that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds held in the account at the time of closure that were deposited will be returned via the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated in the account will be forfeited in their entirety. krikrya will also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available at krikrya, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and promotional offers, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

By submitting a registration at krikrya, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Providing false, misleading, or another person's details during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on krikrya. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by krikrya will be closed, and all balances and pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify krikrya immediately at support@krikrya.
• krikrya will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Deposits and Withdrawals

krikrya supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). krikrya does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies; any foreign currency transactions will be declined at the point of processing.

The minimum deposit amount at krikrya is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful processing by your chosen payment provider. krikrya does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which krikrya accepts no liability.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to completion of all required identity and payment verification checks. Withdrawal requests to Visa or Mastercard may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on the same account.
• krikrya reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals requested by accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending the provision of required documents.
• Any deposits identified as originating from third-party payment sources not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed.
• krikrya reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Bonuses and Promotions

krikrya may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all krikrya promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• krikrya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses claimed during a promotional period that is subsequently found to have been extended or offered in error may be cancelled by krikrya at its discretion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed at krikrya are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets and games available on krikrya:

• All bets are final once confirmed. krikrya does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void under applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, event, game type, and player account status.
• krikrya reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event where a material error in odds or market terms has occurred, including but not limited to pricing errors, feed errors, or system failures. Players will be notified of any such void and their stake will be returned.
• In-play betting markets close at the discretion of krikrya. Bets placed after the market close time will not be accepted and will be returned to the player's account balance.
• For cricket betting specifically, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series markets are governed by ICC standard playing conditions and the specific event rules published by krikrya for each tournament.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our game partners. krikrya does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

krikrya maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held, in addition to any legal remedies that krikrya may pursue:

• Registering more than one account on krikrya, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technological means to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the krikrya platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Attempting to launder money or use krikrya for any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider on deposits that were genuinely made and used on krikrya.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward krikrya staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or personal information by any means.

krikrya uses advanced fraud detection systems and transaction monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Any account flagged by these systems may be placed under review, during which withdrawal processing will be suspended pending investigation. krikrya will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Suspension and Closure

krikrya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement request or court order requiring account closure or fund seizure.
• Discovery that the registered account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting the krikrya support team at support@krikrya. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 5 business days.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, krikrya reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. krikrya will provide written notification of any such withholding and the reasons for it.

Responsible Gaming

krikrya is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players in Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. krikrya provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use krikrya for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any part of the krikrya platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting odds data, game content, or any other structured data from krikrya by automated or manual means.
• Framing, deep-linking to, or embedding any part of the krikrya platform on a third-party website without prior written authorisation.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any part of the krikrya platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of krikrya's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikrya, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the krikrya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity conducted through the platform.
• Technical failures, system outages, network disruptions, or service interruptions that affect access to the platform or the settlement of bets and games.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond krikrya's reasonable control.

krikrya makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, and krikrya will endeavour to communicate planned downtime to players in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

krikrya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, operational requirements, legal advice, or improvements to platform services.

When material changes are made to these Terms, krikrya will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where contact details are verified, by sending notification to the registered email address on file. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the krikrya website.

Your continued use of krikrya following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@krikrya before the effective date of the changes.
